Dr. Jacob Sarfo
Deputy Director of Research (Food & Nutrition Research)
He holds a PhD in Agriculture Sciences from the University of Gottingen in Germany. Dr. Sarfo has a master’s degree in Agribusiness and rural development economics from the same University. Over the years, he has conducted research and managed several agriculture and nutrition-related projects in African countries, including Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. He also has several publications in international peer-reviewed journals and serve as a reviewer for agriculture and nutrition-related journals.
